You are eligible to request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.

To request a refund, please email info@bearitinmind.org with:

• Your name

• The email address used to purchase the course

• Your order confirmation or receipt

If your request is submitted within the 48-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Access to Course Content

Because the Research Methods Masterclass is a digital product with immediate access to course materials, refunds are only available within the 48-hour period after purchase.

Refund requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

Abuse of the Policy

Bear it in MIND reserves the right to decline refund requests if there is evidence of misuse of the refund policy, including but not limited to:

• Completing or accessing a substantial portion of the course before requesting a refund

• Repeated refund requests across products

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
