REFUND POLICY – RESEARCH METHODS MASTERCLASS

Thank you for purchasing the Research Methods Masterclass from Bear it in MIND Limited.

We want students to feel confident that the course is right for them before purchasing. As this is a digital product with immediate access, we operate a clear and limited refund policy.

48-HOUR REFUND WINDOW

You are eligible to request a full refund within 48 hours of your original purchase.

• Your full name

• The email address used for purchase

• Your order confirmation or receipt

If your request is received within 48 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

DIGITAL ACCESS & IMMEDIATE DELIVERY

The Research Methods Masterclass is a digital course product. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. For this reason, refunds are only available within the 48-hour refund window stated above.

After 48 hours, all sales are final and refunds will not normally be issued.

PAYMENT PLANS (INSTALMENTS)

Where a customer selects the instalment payment option, this is a fixed payment plan for the full course price and is not a subscription or membership service.

By selecting the instalment option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments (3 monthly payments of £23), regardless of usage or access level.

Instalment agreements cannot be cancelled part-way through, except where required by law or where a refund has been approved within the 48-hour refund window.

ACCESS AND USAGE

Access to the course remains active for all customers (whether paying in full or via instalments), unless access is removed due to breach of terms or refund approval within the eligible period.

REFUND RESTRICTIONS / POLICY ABUSE

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of misuse of this policy, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to access or complete a substantial portion of the course before requesting a refund

• Repeated refund requests across multiple purchases

• Fraudulent or abusive chargeback behaviour

PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
