We offer institutional licences for schools and organisations.

School Licence Overview

A School Licence grants internal access to Bear it in MIND Limited resources for educational use only.

Included:

• Access to course materials under agreed licence tier

• Use within classroom teaching, revision sessions, and internal training

• Access for authorised staff or designated users only

Restrictions:

• No sharing outside the licensed institution

• No public distribution or resale

• No continued access after expiry without renewal

Term:

• Licences are typically valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated

• Renewal reminders may be provided prior to expiry

Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if terms are breached. Refunds are not provided after access has been granted unless required by law.

7. CONDUCT AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the Service or engage in behaviour that may harm the platform, other users, or our business.

Prohibited behaviour includes:

• Attempting unauthorised access to systems or accounts

By registering for an event, workshop, or live training, you agree to:

• Not record or distribute event content unless explicitly permitted

Cancellation policies may vary by event and will be stated at the point of purchase or booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events where necessary and will offer appropriate alternatives or refunds where applicable.

10. PAYMENTS, COURSE ACCESS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Research Methods Masterclass

The Research Methods Masterclass is a digital educational course purchase and is not a subscription or membership service.

Customers may choose one of the following payment options at checkout:

• A one-time payment for full course access, or

• A fixed instalment plan consisting of 3 monthly payments of £23

Where a customer selects the instalment plan, this constitutes an agreement to pay the full course price in instalments. This is not a cancellable subscription or recurring membership.

Access to the course is granted immediately upon successful purchase and includes lifetime access unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.

Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour refund window for the Research Methods Masterclass. Refund requests must be submitted by email within 48 hours of the original purchase.

After this period, refunds are not normally available due to immediate access to digital content.

Other Products and Services

Where Bear it in MIND Limited offers memberships, subscriptions, events, or other services, these will be clearly identified at the point of purchase.

Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not provide refunds for prior billing periods unless required by law.

Chargebacks and Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to provide relevant evidence to payment processors or financial institutions. This may include purchase records, checkout confirmations, communication history, and access logs.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. PSYCHOLOGY CONTENT ACCURACY

We take care to ensure that educational materials align with the relevant exam specifications. However, users are responsible for verifying final syllabus requirements with their exam board.

We are not liable for any discrepancies between course content and exam board updates.
